urgh! the training...

Urgh!! the training i had just now was very tough which i can say super-duper tough. But the physical wasn't as bad as last time. We ran one round around the school then back to the courtyard and run alot of rounds there. We did two suicides, some sprinting and thats it for physical. haha! Having fun when physical training ended. haha! How mysterious i was when the ball drills are so damn tougher than any training we have had in awhile. What we did was, normal stuffs but even longer!! That time when everyone had their breaks but i can't. I had to train with Sandra (my coach for now) and it was so so damn tough until i can't take it. And the thing is i can't breathe!! I felt like dying down there. It was the first time i felt like that. and i'm sort of having phobia about it. haha! ok guys, im going off to.. ZzzZzzZzz
